By accessing East Coast Hockey Expo’s website, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on East Coast Hockey Expo’s site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

Official Giveaway, Raffle & Contest Terms and Condition

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways, raffles, contests, drawings,

promotions, and prize distributions conducted by the East Coast Hockey Expo (“ECHE”), its

organizers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and affiliates unless otherwise stated in the specific

promotion rules.

Sponsor

All promotions are sponsored and administered by the East Coast Hockey Expo, operated by

Solid State Sports Group LLC.

Eligibility

  • Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States unless otherwise specified.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Solid State Sports Group, LLC may be excluded from certain promotions at the discretion of the organizer.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Methods

Entry methods may include, but are not limited to:

  • Online registration forms
  • Expo ticket purchases
  • On-site entry forms
  • QR code submissions
  • Social media engagement
  • Vendor booth participation
  • Promotional contests and games
  • Specific entry requirements will be outlined for each individual promotion.

No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in any giveaway, raffle, contest, or promotion does not guarantee a prize. Winners will be selected according to the rules of the individual promotion.

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected through a random drawing, judged competition, or other method as specified in the promotion details.
  • All decisions made by East Coast Hockey Expo regarding winner selection are final.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

  • Winners may be contacted by email, phone, social media, or in person.
  • Winners must respond within the timeframe provided by the Expo.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, the Expo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • No substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of the East Coast Hockey Expo.
  • The Expo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize.

Event Admission

Winning a giveaway or raffle prize does not guarantee admission to any event unless event

admission is specifically included as part of the prize package.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant the East Coast Hockey Expo permission to use their name, city/state, likeness, photograph, video, and statements for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Social Media Promotions

Any promotion conducted through social media platforms is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform unless specifically stated.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Solid State Sports Group LLC, the East Coast Hockey Expo, venue partners, sponsors, exhibitors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Disqualification

The East Coast Hockey Expo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Attempts to tamper with the entry process
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unsportsmanlike conduct

Modification or Cancellation

The East Coast Hockey Expo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, weather events, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy

Information collected through promotions may be used by the East Coast Hockey Expo for event communications, marketing, ticket information, sponsor offers, and future promotional opportunities. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Sponsor and Partner Prizes

Certain prizes may be provided by sponsors, exhibitors, partners, athletes, teams, leagues, or organizations participating in the Expo. The East Coast Hockey Expo is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, availability, or warranties associated with third-party prizes.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any East Coast Hockey Expo giveaway, raffle, contest, promotion, or prize drawing constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules associated with a specific promotion.
