I want to attend the expo! What should I know about tickets?
Ticket Information
Tickets for the East Coast Hockey Expo may be purchased online through our website. Please note that online purchases are subject to Ticketmaster.com convenience and/or handling fees.
For those who prefer to purchase in person, tickets are available at the DCU Center Arena Box Office, located at 50 Foster Street, Worcester, MA (corner of Foster Street and Major Taylor Boulevard).

Tickets purchased directly at the Box Office are not subject to Ticketmaster.com convenience or handling fees.
How do I enter with my mobile ticket?

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for the East Coast Hockey Expo are easy to access through the Ticketmaster app. Download and sign in to the app before the event so your tickets are ready in your digital wallet. Having your tickets prepared before arrival will help ensure a smooth, fast, and contactless entry into the DCU Center for an unforgettable hockey experience.
Do children require a ticket?
Family-Friendly Admission
The East Coast Hockey Expo is fun for all ages! Guests 15 and older will need a valid ticket for entry, while kids under 15 get in free when accompanied by an adult.
Is there a Security Screening?
Expo Security & Entry
All guests may go through a quick security screening when entering the DCU Center. This may include a walk-through metal detector, handheld wand, or—if necessary—a brief pat down.
We recommend arriving a little earlier than usual with your ticket in hand and only essential belongings to help the process move smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation as we work together with the DCU Center to ensure a safe and fun experience for the entire hockey community.
What is the DCU Center re-entry policy?
Once you enter the Arena during the event, re-entry isn’t permitted — so plan ahead and make the most of every exciting moment the Expo has to offer!
What are prohibited items at the DCU Center?
Prohibited items at DCU Center events include items which could be used as a weapon, unlawful substances, bottles or cans, helium balloons, laser pens, non-retractable/collapsible umbrellas, backpacks, knapsacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, briefcases, tablets and like articles. Please note that guests with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances.
Does the DCU Center allow outside food and beverages?
Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the DCU Center. There will be a number of concession stands available throughout the venue.
In addition, the DCU Center offers several concession items that are Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free. If you or your guests have special dietary restrictions, or a medical condition, please email the DCU Center Guest Relations department prior to your visit.
Parking?
